WHAT WE DO
After passing a background check and meeting the qualifications, men can come into Jesus House for up to a year. Our board of directors believes that kindness leads to even more hope for the future. A place to lay their heads at night is a great place to start.
Our soup kitchen is open to all who need assistance with meals. Breakfast and lunch are provided by different churches and wonderful volunteers who prepare and serve a hot meal.
BREAKFAST: Mon- Friday: 6am-6:30am
LUNCH: Mon- Thurs: 11am-11:45am
DINNER: Monday, Tuesday, & Friday nights: 6-7pm.
SUNDAYS: Breakfast 9:30 - 10:30am.
Our food pantry is open to all who need assistance with a box of food for their families.
No ID or appointment needed.
We would love to meet you.
MONDAY'S ONLY - 9:00am to 12:00 noon
As of February 2021, our Women and Children's Center is OPEN! We pray this center will be a place where women and their children can start over and realize what they are actually capable of with God's guidance! If you are in need of this help, give us a call at 432-272-3362!
His Community is a future endeavor we are currently raising funds to build! This will consist of...
His Homes- a community of homes for men, women and children,
HIS Pantry- where once a week, individuals and families are able to receive one food box per week,
HIS Kitchen- Odessa's soup kitchen, and services such as
HIS Clinic- a medical and dental clinic for the area's homeless and needy.
Help us to help those who fall through the cracks of being able to afford housing and other provisions while they get back on their feet. This project once finished will allow ladies who are coming out of the Women & Children's Center Program, the Men's Program as well as others to be on their own with affordable housing while they save to be able to afford housing of their own while having access to the other services provided.
